A dynamic, multi-lingual young athlete, Carlos is poised to be one of the faces of soccer in Mexico and the US over the next decade. His nickname is ‘El Titan’. Carlos is a member the Mexican National Team and recently completed a transfer to Tigres, one of the top teams in LIGA MX (the Mexican first division). Prior to the move, he was a starter at Eintracht Frankfurt, part of Germany’s Bundesliga. He is one of the fastest growing young stars in North America, having been trained in the Major League Soccer academy system, playing for Real Salt Lake, followed by his purchase by the most storied club in Mexico, Chivas de Guadalajara. He was then loaned to Fiorentina in Italy’s first division, followed by a purchase by Frankfurt, and had been a regular starter since his arrival in Germany. This past summer, he starred for Mexico in the World Cup, starting in each of their four games. Carlos was the captain of the Mexican Olympic team that participated in Rio 2016.
Carlos won the Mexican Championship (LIGA MX) with Tigres – and the CONCACAF Gold Cup – two major trophies in one summer!
He has over 1.5 million social followers.
Most importantly – he launched the FUNDACION CS3 in May, which has already refurbished his childhood elementary school, and will continue to work with kids and families using soccer as a platform to promote education and health.
